If you are not satisfied with your Soft Saints, Inc. purchase of a product, please
call 1-714-505-3127 for a
Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the
receipt of the product. If the
item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you
a refund based on your original
method of payment. The product must be returned to Soft Saints, Inc. within
14 calendar days of the issuance
of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including
any accessories, manuals,
documentation and registration that shipped with the product. A 10% restocking fee
will be assessed on all
returns. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Credit card fees charged
Soft Saints, Inc. by your credit
card company will not be refunded. Additional shipping fees will be charged if exchange
is not due to any
negligence on the part of Soft Saints, Inc.
Soft Saints, Inc. will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise,
and/or non-receipt of a “Return
Material Authorization (RMA)” that was a result of an incorrect email address and/or
mailing address provided by
you to Soft Saints, Inc. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working
e-mail address.
Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges
are investigated by our
technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized
card usage, we will
report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation
of your card services, put negative
information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may
be filed against you.
